Apple MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo 2.2 15″ (Mid/Late 2007)
An Icon of Mobile Computing
The powerhouse 15″ MacBook Pro line of laptops is the first of Apple’s notebooks to employ Intel processors and has become an icon of mobile computing.
Though dated compared to the new MacBook Pro with Retina Display, this model features an optical disc drive and is far more configurable compared to the Retina models’ “sealed” design. This not only amounts to more options for upgrades, but far cheaper repairs as well.
With a blazing fast processor, more RAM than the average user will ever need, and space for massive hard drive configurations, the MacBook Pro 15″ is the perfect mobile platform for professionals and casual users alike.
The Santa Rosa model uses advanced architecture with superior power management. This results in an extra hour of estimated battery life. The power-efficient mercury-free LED display is pleasing to the environmentally conscious.
The 15″ MacBook Pro is a truly versatile design — perfect for a home office or workstation, for professionals on the go, or for casual users with a need for computing excellence. It doesn’t stop there! The MacBook Pro is employed heavily by designers, photographers, developers, and lovers of creative projects in general.
